It's simple:

• Make your transactions and submit them on your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
• The S-pushTAN app displays all the details of your transaction. Review the data and easily authorize the transaction – it's that simple.
• Supports all transactions requiring TAN or authorization, such as transfers, setting up or changing standing orders, securities and service transactions, and more.

Getting started is easy:

1. Contact your Sparkasse to apply for the pushTAN process or switch from your current method to pushTAN in your internet banking area.
2. Download the S-pushTAN app for free on your smartphone or tablet.
3. Start setting up the S-pushTAN app once you receive your personalized registration letter from Sparkasse.

Your security is our priority:

• The S-pushTAN app securely communicates through tested interfaces, ensuring safe data transfer according to German online banking requirements.
• Access to S-pushTAN is protected by a password of your choice and optional fingerprint or facial recognition.
• The app automatically locks after a short period of time, providing maximum security for your data in case of lost or stolen devices.
• TÜV certifies these highest security standards year after year.

Please note:

• To use pushTAN, you need activation from your Sparkasse and a registration letter for initial setup.
• To use the latest version of the app, your smartphone or tablet must have at least Android 6.
• S-pushTAN is not compatible with rooted devices or beta versions of operating systems. Manipulated devices cannot ensure the important high security standards required for our mobile banking.
• Please grant all requested permissions during setup to ensure the smooth functioning of the app.
• The app is free, but usage may incur costs. Please refer to your Sparkasse for more information.
